Heather is the owner of Southern Vermont Homeowner Services, bringing over 15 years of experience in property management and maintenance. She began her career in 2005 working for a large association, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for homes and supporting homeowners with reliability and attention to detail.

A Southern Vermont native, Heather spent time living in New Hampshire before returning to settle back in the mountains of Southern Vermont in 2005 with her husband and children. Her deep connection to the area and understanding of the unique needs of local properties inspired her to start Southern Vermont Homeowner Services in 2021.

Heather takes pride in helping homeowners feel confident that their properties are well cared for, whether they are nearby or away. Her approach is rooted in trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to her clients.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time at the beach and making memories with friends and family. While fall and spring are her favorite seasons in Vermont, she appreciates the beauty of all four seasons—even mud season, with the sense of renewal it brings after a long winter.

Melissa Hall is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in the ski industry, specializing in call center operations and reservations. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in coordinating complex travel plans, helping guests seamlessly navigate vacations with multiple moving parts while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In addition to her extensive reservations background, Melissa has contributed her skills to front desk services and group sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of resort operations. She is recognized for her strong customer service approach, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.

Born and raised in Southern Vermont, Melissa built both her career and raised her family in the heart of a vibrant ski community. While she doesn’t ski herself, she enjoys spending time outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall, embracing the natural beauty of the region she calls home.
